Online return policy

Shipped items
We understand that with an online purchase you aren’t able to try on for fit and size. For that reason, we accept returns of regular price, unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise within 10 days of the delivery date. All items must be back at the store within those 10 days to be eligible for a refund.

In-store pickup
Because you’re able to try your items on before taking them home, in-store pickup orders are subject to our in-store return policy below and are not eligible for a refund.

All sale items are final sale.

Emory accepts returns and exchanges for store credit or exchange on regular price, unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise within 14 days of the purchase date. All intimates and sale items are final sale. No refunds. No checks accepted.
